Training a model that actually looks like your character

A walkthrough of the Brief → Reference → Describe → Render flow, and why giving the model a written description before it renders produces more consistent turnarounds than prompting alone.
From one description to a full character sheet
Why the describe step exists
A raw prompt asks the model to invent and render a character in the same breath. Splitting that into a describe step first — read the reference, write the character down, let you edit it — gives every later render the same fixed spec to work from instead of reinterpreting the brief each time.
What changes when you edit the description
Small edits here compound: fixing a proportion or a material in the written description carries through every subsequent render, where the same fix in a prompt only affects the one generation you typed it into.
